The Florens Quartet, formed in 2023 at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, have benefited from regular coaching with distinguished members of ensembles such as the Brodsky, Chilingirian, Dante, Endellion, and Heath Quartets. In 2025, they were awarded first place at the Guildhall St James Chamber Prize, earning them an invitation to perform at the ECMTA conference in Tallinn. This year, they have been chosen for the 2025/26 Hans Keller Forum, an exciting opportunity to receive mentorship from experienced chamber musicians. The Florens Quartet have performed numerous recitals in London and the UK in venues including St James Picadilly, The Qube, and St George's Hanover Square. Their most recent concerts included repertoire such as Ravel's String Quartet, Beethoven 'Harp' Quartet, Bacewicz no.4 and Shostakovich's Piano Quintet.
